• The lift buttons are marked in Braille, ensuring every visitor has access to every floor in the Museum.

• The height of the display cases is adapted to guarantee full visibility for wheelchair users or visitors who are smaller in height.

• The Museum has two wheelchairs available for use.

• Accessible toilet facilities adapted to wheelchair users on the second floor.

• Guide and service dogs allowed.

• Baby changing facilities on the second floor.

• Rest and seating areas on every floor of the building.

• People with a certified disability pay reduced admission to the permanent exhibition.

• We offer a cloakroom service on the ground floor for backpacks, bags, coats, etc. When it rains, the Museum supplies visitors with plastic bags for their umbrellas.
